Toronto, Canadian based, offshore BPO service provider, TeleStar Communications has signed an agreement to open a 150 seat outbound / inbound call center for appointment setting, lead generation and customer service campaigns in the Alabang, Metro Manila, the Philippines.
In addition to their current 500 seat state-of-the-art facility in the Makati- the financial district, they’re optimistic in attracting a larger talent pool of agents that’s 45 mins south of the city- Enabling them to secure a solid foundation.
